Every Uniform Warranty Pack includes an all inclusive next day on-site service for 12 Months. This warranty covers the total cost of all parts and labour, including the printheads which many alternative and more expensive warranty providers exclude from their cover.
Full telephone support is included, and in the unlikely event of a system breakdown that cannot be rectified over the telephone, a fully qualified large format system engineer will be on-site the next working day with the relevant parts to get your Uniform printer up and running again. |

In certain instances common sense dictates that we cannot cover parts damaged through neglect, incorrect system use, or other forms of accidental damage caused by the operator. We have to reserve the right to charge for parts, at our discretion, in such instances. |
