Metallic Revolution - Add Stylish Accents,
Sophistication and Premium Value with Metallic Silver Ink

With the addition of Metallic Silver ink, you can easily apply luxurious effects to printed graphics with brilliant metallic colours that were previously available only through silk screening, oset printing, and hot stamping. The design possibilities are boundless with the rich textures and smooth gradations of gold, silver, metallic and pearlescent colours. A choice of four inkjet printer/cutter sizes provides a wide variety of cost-effective options.

Metallic Colours and White Ink Produce Premium Quality Results

The metallic and white ink option allows Roland VS users to add value and sophistication to virtually any graphic. ECO-SOL MAX Metallic Silver ink can be printed as a spot colour, or combined with CMYK to produce a wide range of metallic and pearlescent colours. Two metallic print modes are available to expand your options. Choose Blend print mode to print CMYKLcLm and Metallic Silver ink together for natural metallic colours. Or choose Layered print mode to print Metallic Silver rst, then CMYKLcLm with one pass. This mode achieves richer metallic colours just like by coating silver with translucent CMYK colours.

With VersaWorks RIP software, anyone can achieve professional print quality without advanced skills or previous experience. VersaWorks is built on the genuine Adobe PostScript 3 engine for reliable quality print after print. The Roland Color System accurately reproduces spot colors from Roland Color charts and swatch books and features 512 metallic colors including gold, silver, bronze and a wide range of pearlescent colors. VersaWorks also offers a variety of print options including the Max Impact preset for vivid outdoor graphics and Artistic mode for exceptional indoor graphics to be viewed up close. VersaWorks automatically estimates the ink usage and print time for each graphic so you can accurately monitor your time and costs.
