Option Plus

printMAX Option Plus

PrintMAX Option Plus can be geared to every type of organisation from sole traders to large corporate customers. It is supported by our highly experienced team and is operated in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Finance and Leasing Association.

PrintMAX Option Plus comprises a series of modules that can be built into the optimum solution for your organisation.

Module 1
System Plus lets you finance all the hardware you require. Typically, this will include workstations, printers, scanners, modems, networking, cabling and other non-software accessories.

Module 2
Software Plus lets you spread the cost of software. It is a stand-alone module that can be used for any software package. Training on the software packages can be included.

Module 3
Contract Plus can be used to fund your total system requirements very much like contract hire of a motor vehicle. The rental payments can be made monthly, quarterly or annually, covering equipment, training, maintenance and repairs.

Module 4
Lease Plus lets you choose any leasing period you like for hardware and/or software. You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually to suit your business cycle. This is the recommended programme for companies wishing to show the payments on their balance sheet.

Module 5
Rental Plus is an off-balance-sheet agreement geared for businesses that do not want to show rental payments as an operating cost.

Module 6
Residual Plus lets you rent equipment with a view to returning it at the end of the rental agreement so that we can refurbish and resell it. The programme will result in reduced monthly payments.
